On Wednesday October 1st, our strike line was visited by a contingent from our sister local from Sudbury, Mine-Mill CAW Local 598. Rick Grylls, President of Local 598 brought a number of retirees and active employees along and presented our President, Jeff Martin, with a $5,000.00 donation for our hardship fund. Earlier today we were also visited by Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus.
